author, artist/painter, visionary and
healer.
Brent's
motto: "I want my

Brent was in the pioneer NC Gifted
Student Program (1-12). At age 16 she was chosen
to be in
the pioneer NC Governor's School for the Gifted in Art program, and one
of her paintings was chosen
for the NC Museum of Art's permanent
collection. At age 18 one
of her poems was chosen by the
Library of Congress for it's permanent
Collection. Brent graduated with a degree in Art (teaching
certification)
and Creative Writing from Hollins University in
Roanoke Virginia. "PBS" , "PM
Magazine" and others did a national segment on her artwork.
Brent founded the Just Plain
Love™ Charitable Trust to benefit Children
and other worthwhile
causes. Her
Just Plain Love™
Books
provide a portal of communication while inspiring each child's
imagination to turn negatives of illness into
positives and creating a warm reassurance around
"hands off" subjects. Just Plain Love™
Productions/ Plays are 10 minute educational
performances/
skits presented in children's/ pediatric healthcare facilities that inspires
giggles and provide hugs
